It has been a wild year, full of ups and downs. Thankfully, as we move away from the worst moments of 2020's global pandemic, our industry is slowly making its way back to some sense of normalcy (kind of). The first in-person events are coming up this March with optimum safety. 

We'll be there for back-to-back (socially-distant) trade shows.  

We're starting the trade show season off with a bang! Windship Trading Co. is co-sponsoring the first ever  HQ Event, presented by SSE Group in New Orleans the first week of March. The following week, we'll be traveling to sunny Orlando, Florida for the previously postponed Winter CHAMPS Trade Show. 

The organizers of both events are taking every measure possible to ensure a safe and productive environment at each show. Read on to learn more about what we're doing to stay vigilant in preventing the spread of Covid-19. Health and Safety matter.

Please keep in mind that we're not out of the woods yet with Covid-19. The event hosts are taking all necessary measures to mitigate viral exposure by implementing safety precautions, including, but not limited to:

• Mask requirements
• Temperature checks
• Social distancing
• Extra cleaning and sanitation
• Minimized public capacity

What measures we're taking and what we ask of you.

Windship Trading Co. will also follow strict Covid protocols by providing hand sanitizing solutions, limiting the number of employees and attendees at the booth, and practicing and encouraging social distancing. We'll also offer an option for new accounts to fill out a contactless wholesale application using custom QR Codes. Just scan the code and fill out the application on your own personal device to submit.

We humbly ask anyone attending either event to show respect for all others, including the Windship Trading crew, other trade show attendees, and convention center employees. Do your part and wear a mask, wash your hands, and avoid crowded booths and areas. Be mindful, and don't worry. If you're at the show, you'll have three whole days. You can always circle back to the booth when it's less congested.

CHAMPS Winter Trade Show - Orlando

CHAMPS Winter Trade Show is always one of the most popular trade shows of the year and is traditionally held in Las Vegas. This year, of course, is much different, and we're happy to change it up a bit. We'll be exhibiting at CHAMPS on March 9th, 10th, and 11th at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in sunny Orlando, Florida.
