An action taken once is a first step, but it is continuous effort that brings necessary change. 

Windship Trading donated 4,500 respirator masks to the Texas Organizing Project, which have been distributed in Dallas, Houston and San Antonio, as well as affiliate organizations in Charleston.  Our intention to support the Black Lives Matter movement, and protect peaceful protestors and organizing members has successfully begun. 

To continue our effort, we have formed an Awareness Committee to further support internal discussions around racial equality and to build initiatives that drive these discussions into actions both within our organization and our wider community. 

We choose to use our collective corporate voice to stand up and motivate others to promote racial justice, by participating in the transformation of practices that promote, protect and advance impartiality of every person. 

We encourage others to connect on a human level and be part of the circle of human concern.
